Marketing is everything, these days. I have an upgraded version of Realtor.com that I use which allows me to type in as much text as I wish, and it allows me to enter up to 20 photographs.  My website is attached to my company website and we handshake with other companies, increasing the exposure of your home to sellers nine fold. I also do virtual tours, also an upgrade, both on my website, realtor.com and in the MLS as well as others.

Very recently, we added 1-800 phone number signs that we attached to our main sign.  When potential customers call the 1-800 number and then the extension to hear first hand about the property, their phone number is texted to my cell phone so I can call them.  Terrific, right?

Better photography.  That's a must.  With me, I'll take as many photographs as possible, delete the bad ones, correct and enhance the ones I find useable.  I love to show off your house.
